We want you to be confident when trying Digital Lab. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your first paid plan or credit pack, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase, provided you have not consumed more than 20% of the included credits.
2. EU right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU have a 14-day withdrawal right under the French Consumer Code. By starting to use the Service during this period you may waive this right for already-consumed digital content; the unused portion remains refundable.
3. Subscription renewals
Recurring subscription renewals are non-refundable once charged. You may cancel at any time before the next renewal date from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Credit packs
Unused credits from one-off credit packs are refundable on a pro-rata basis within 14 days of purchase. Consumed credits are non-refundable.
5. Exceptions
We may decline refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, chargeback fraud, or violations of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
