We want you to be confident when trying Digital Lab. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued.
1. 14-day refund window
If you are not satisfied with your credit purchase, you may request a refund of unused credits within 14 calendar days of the purchase. Consumed credits are non-refundable.
2. EU right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU have a 14-day withdrawal right under the French Consumer Code. By starting to use the Service during this period you may waive this right for already-consumed digital content; the unused portion remains refundable.
3. No subscriptions
Digital Lab does not sell subscriptions or recurring plans. You only pay for the credits you purchase, when you purchase them.
4. Credit refunds
Unused credits are refundable on a pro-rata basis within 14 days of the original purchase. Consumed credits are non-refundable.
5. Exceptions
We may decline refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, chargeback fraud, or violations of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
6. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the email associated with your account. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
