Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone using Digital Lab. By using the Service, you agree to follow these rules. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.

1. Prohibited content and activities

  • Illegal goods, counterfeit products, or content that infringes intellectual property.
  • Adult content involving minors, hate speech, or content inciting violence.
  • Weapons, controlled substances, or other regulated items where prohibited by law.
  • Misleading or deceptive marketing, including fake reviews, deceptive pricing, or false claims.
  • Phishing, fraud, money laundering, or any activity violating applicable law.

2. Platform integrity

  • No reverse engineering, scraping at abusive rates, or attempts to bypass authentication, rate limits, or quotas.
  • No introduction of malware, denial-of-service activity, or testing for vulnerabilities without our written consent.
  • No reselling or redistributing the Service without a written commercial agreement.

3. Data and integrations

Only connect stores, suppliers, or accounts you are authorized to access. Respect the terms of third-party platforms (e.g. Shopify, AliExpress, CJ Dropshipping). Do not use the Service to harvest personal data without a valid legal basis.

4. AI features

Do not use AI-generated outputs to impersonate real people, generate misleading medical, legal, or financial advice presented as professional, or produce content prohibited above. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before publishing.

5. Reporting abuse

Report suspected violations to [email protected]. We investigate reports and may share information with law-enforcement when legally required.

6. Enforcement

We may, at our discretion, warn, throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, with or without prior notice depending on severity.
